Specialist in territorial analysis and planning of tourism, sustainability, world heritage and cultural management, with a Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a postgraduate degree in Management of Cities and Creative Entrepreneurship, in addition to several masters in Territorial Analysis and Management with specialization in Territorial Planning, in World Heritage and Cultural Projects for Local Development, in Tourism Planning and Management.
He is co-Founder of the Puerto Rico Outdoor Recreation Industry Association and co-Director of Envision Puerto Rico L3C. He is also a member of the Ibero-American Network for Research in Higher Education in Tourism (COODESTUR) and the Education Committee of the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association.
Specializing in business administration and marketing and graduated from Curry College, Boston, MA, became a LEED AP, BPI certified energy auditor and member of the Al Gores, Climate Reality Project. In his 12+ years of experience, he has been involved in renewable energy management and business development in emerging markets in the Caribbean and Latin America, working for companies such as Johnson Controls, Daikin, and as an Account Manager at Tesla.
Founder of The School of SUP in San Juan, PR, co-founder of the Puerto Rico Outdoor Recreation Industry Association and Director of the Waves For Water organization in Puerto Rico.
