Biosphere, the new face of the Sustainable Tourism section of Hosteltur news, as a seal of international recognition in the construction of a sustainable culture under the principles and objectives of the United Nations.
The Responsible Tourism Institute (RTI), with its Biosphere system of management and recognition of sustainability, has echoed Hosteltur's Sustainable Tourism space to improve the positioning and visibility of the news of the Biosphere community and its members. An initiative that will help us to continue developing the culture of sustainability, aligning the industry's good practices with the 2030 Agenda, the goals and targets of the United Nations.
With our mission to facilitate the transition towards sustainability of all societies in the world, we hope that with this action we can continue to approach the community of tourism professionals in Spain and Latin America, as well as their citizens and potential visitors, the main markets where Hosteltur has a presence.
At Biosphere, we are constantly implementing improvements and new functionalities and communication channels that favour transparency and highlight the value of the management and certification processes carried out by our members, their efforts and good practices to promote a sustainable future and thus facilitate more responsible consumption decisions.
