Travel Advisors Guild is an association of travel agencies whose mission is the representation, defense and promotion of the professional, social, economic and cultural interests of its associates. It has the aim to be the main reference in the sector of the Independent travel agencies with a marked specialization in corporate travel, MICE (meetings, meetings, incentives, conferences and events) and custom vacations.

The reference event of the sector, organized by Travel Advisors Guild, brings together more than a hundred guests among CEOs of its partner agencies, executives of the main tourism providers and specialized press, with the aim of real networking in an environment professional and relaxed at the same time.
Its purpose is to join the entire TAG community and continue to strengthen the trust that unites, characterizes and makes them more competitive in the sector.

Each year it takes place in a different location, which is chosen by the association based on its characteristics and ability to organize events. This time it is also the first time that the association crosses the border and does so to go to Lisbon, which already in 2018 was chosen as “Destination of the world leader city” in addition to holding the title of “European Green Capital 2020”, being firmly committed to sustainable land use, sustainable urban mobility, green growth and eco-innovation, adaptation to climate change and waste management.

Sustainability for Travel Advisors has become an imperative need, taking months working on the subject and having as reference the "World Charter for Sustainable Tourism" and the calls for action contained therein.
With this objective and under the motto: "Clean Horizon", the event is in the implementation phase of the BIOSPHERE Certification in "Events" in accordance with the standards developed by the Responsible Tourism Institute (RTI).
A significant part of the event will be held at the Iberostar Selection Lisboa (5 *), a hotel chain that is especially sensitive to the environment, and that under the Wave of Change program, a movement focused on the development of responsible tourism with the environment.
