REDS published the "Guide for Sustainable Tourism, challenges of the tourism sector in the Universal 2030 Agenda". This presentation took place on 24th October 2019 at the CIDOB Headquarters in Barcelona (Elisabets Street, 12) from 9 am until 1.30pm, overlapping with the United Nations International Day.
The technical presentation of the report was provided by Professor Javier Benayas, co-author of the work, and then there was a round table discussion with different representatives of the tourism sector and political and institutional leaders working in the area of tourism.
The initiative was promoted by REDS, together with the Responsible Tourism Institute (RTI) and the collaboration of the Barcelona City and Provincial Council.
